the LOCATION is excellent, just a quick walk to many restaurants and bars near the waterfront. i found the staff friendly and helpful at all times. my room felt CLEAN and looked modern. i appreciated the usb and power outlets next to the bed.

ONE lift was out of service, and I felt techs were working on it late into the evening.
